1. Who we are

RainyPaws Co. ("we", "us") operates this online store and sells dog apparel and accessories to customers in the United States. Products are shipped by our fulfillment partners on our behalf.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy; we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case you'll be refunded in full. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never store your full card details.

5. Product information

We do our best to show colors and sizes accurately, but screens vary and pet sizing is approximate. Always check the size chart before ordering. Our products are accessories, not safety equipment: a reflective collar or coat improves visibility but doesn't replace a leash or supervision.

The content of this site (text, images, logo, product descriptions) belongs to RainyPaws Co. or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
