How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 8–12 business days, with tracking. Shipping is free on every US order.
Why isn't it 2-day shipping like Amazon?
Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse instead of sitting in a US stockroom. That's what lets us sell a quality raincoat for $35 instead of $60. We'd rather be upfront about the wait than surprise you.
How do I pick the right size?
Every product page has a size chart in the photos. For coats, measure the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. For boots, stand your dog on paper and measure the widest part of the front paw. Between sizes? Size up. Still unsure? Email us your dog's breed and weight and we'll tell you.
What if the size is wrong?
We exchange sizes for free within 30 days of delivery. Just email us.
Can I return an item?
Yes — unused items in original packaging within 30 days. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded without a return. See our Returns Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. It can take 2–4 days for the first scan to appear.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards through PayPal's secure checkout (no PayPal account needed).
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — US only for now.
