Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you and your dog to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

30-day returns

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@rainypawsco.com with your order number and a short note (photos help). We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions.

Wrong size? Free exchange

Sizing a dog isn't always easy. If the size you received doesn't fit, we'll send the right size at no extra cost. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to send anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order not received

Every order ships with tracking. If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we'll help. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll reship or refund in full.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they are already being processed by our fulfillment partner and can't be cancelled, but you can still return them under this policy.
