Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every US order

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes, with no shipping fees and no minimum order.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 8–12 business days after processing. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, which is how we keep prices well below pet-store retail — the trade-off is a slightly longer wait than a big-box retailer.

During peak periods (Black Friday through Christmas) or carrier disruptions, delivery can take a few extra days. We'll always let you know if we expect a delay.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships (usually within 3 business days). Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first scan; that's normal.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll get a tracking number for each one.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email support@rainypawsco.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it. After that the order is already on its way to the carrier.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days or the package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and reship or refund if it's confirmed lost.
